Terms and Conditions for Style Volume’s Run Your Own Jewellery Store Porgram

• We reserve the right to change the percentage between our Trade and dropshipping prices at any time.
  

• The website and domain name remains the property of Style Volume Ltd. until 12 months worth of payments have been made. After 12 months you may transfer your website and domain name to another company by giving us a 30 days written notice. To transfer your site and/or domain elsewhere within your initial 12  months you must pay off the remainder of 12 months hosting fees. Eg. if you wish to transfer in the 10th month (after having paid your 10th Instalment) you must pay the remaining two installments, i.e. £20. 
  

• You are free to host other websites on your hosting account and these other websites will remain your property.
  

• We do not take a cut out of payments you receive by selling your own products on your website (You can sell own products/products from other dropshippers in Pro accounts only).
  

• Your customer sends the payment directly to your Paypal account and the order is shipped only after you have placed the order with us. We receive the order info. automatically, however in order to process the order you are required to pay for it. We do not collect any payments from your customer.
  

• There may be a charge by the domain registration company or Nominet to transfer the domain. This must be paid by you but typically does not exceed £25. To cancel your account altogether you must give us 30 days written notice. If you cancel within your first 12 months then your domain name and website remains the property of Style Volume Ltd.
  

• After 1 year your domain will expire unless renewed at a cost of £6 for 1 year. You will be sent a renewal notice in advance.
  

• Your hosting, admin and control panels will be setup within 48 hours from placing the order.
  

• It can take anywhere between 24-72 hours for your domain name to resolve to your hosting account.
  

• Once your site is up and running we will not be able to refund your set-up charges. Monthly charges will be refundable if your downtime is more than 0.02%.
  

• It can take upto 5 working days for your header/logo or both to be finalised and inslatted after your store has sucessfully been installed on your server and we have recieved your FTP details (If needed). 
  

• Your store will only be installed once your domain has resolved, this can take anywhere from 12 - 72 hours (usually happens within 24 hours).
• If you cancel your subscription during the middle of your contract and want to set it up again. There will be a £10 Admin fee chargeable. You will also be charged any dues. For e.g. lets say the subscription was cancelled on 1st May and you want to re-set it up on the 1st of April. You will have to clear you outstanding balance for the month of May.
