Returns Policy for Trade Users:
We work very hard to ensure that you are happy with the quality of the goods you receive. However, in case you are not happy or satisfied with the goods you receive, we will be more than happy to refund you or replace the goods as per your convenience, without any questions asked. In case of refunds, the shipping and handling charges are not-refundable.
The goods should be returned to us within 10 days of the delivery of the goods. Please note that the cost of postage for returns is payable by the customer.
If there is a damaged item in the package, we will be more than happy to replace it for you.
Returns Policy for Dropshipping Users:
All items sent to out to your customers contain a Return Address without a company name on it. If the item is damaged or if the customers do not like it, it can be returned to this address within 10 working days for replacement or refund
In case a refund, please note that we will refund the dropshipper, and the dropshipper can further refund their customer.
