We support website owners with any errors in the system that has been provided by us. However, please note that we cannot add customised features for customers, as each customer has their unique needs and this is not feasible for us from a cost perspective. However, if you need custom features, we will be happy to guide you to the right sources.
In the same way, we try out best to educate our customers on how to market their website and earn revenues, by giving useful links and references; however, it is not feasible for us to provide customised marketing support to each customer for the cost of the store. We are able to offer the store at such a low cost by standardising the package as much as possible, therefore any sort of customisations is not practical for us. However, the internet is over-loaded with information on how to market your website and we will provide you with manuals and useful links to get started. Please however note, that in order to make your website a success, a website owner (just like any other business owner) needs to take initiative and show determination.
Finally, please note that the package we provide has several advanced features, most of which you can use if you are willing to understand the feature and carry out some research. However, as a standard we provide full support for the following:
