Are your products always 100% similar to what is shown in the pictures? |

We try out best to describe the products in the best possible way through the description and pictures of our fashion jewellery. However as many of our products are hand made, and due to the use of natural material such as beads and stones in jewellery, weights and dimensions may sometimes slightly vary. In particular, crystals and stones may be much brighter and reflect light much better than photographs can illustrate. This is what makes each piece of fashion/costume jewellery truly unique. |
