What is the Dropshipping process? |

You advertise products available on Stylevolume on your website, on eBay, at parties etc., with the use of product pictures and descriptions. When your customer places an order with you and sends you the payment, you place the order for the same product with us, give us your customers delivery details, and we will ship the product to your customer. The idea is that the price you advertise on your website is more than the price on ours and the difference is your profit.

Currently, our dropshipping prices are 30% more than our Trade Prices. However, Dropshipping and Trade prices may be similar for some products.

We do not put Style Volume’s name or branding on any part of the product or anywhere on the packaging, so your end customer does not know that you are using a dropshipping service.

How can we find which products are available for dropshipping? |
| |
Pretty much all the products that you see on the website are available for Dropshipping. Once you login to your dropshipping account, any products that are "Trade Only" are automatically hidden. |

How can I find out when a product goes out of Stock? |
| |
All out of stock products are immediately taken off from the site. In order to keep a track of a particular product or products, you can view the status of products by either downloading the CSV feed from the General Information section (This has details of product quantities) or by going to "General Information" and clicking on "Product Status Information". Product status information has details of products that are In stock, and those that are out of stock. If you do not find a particular product code on the "Product Status information" page, this means, that the product went out of stock a long time ago, and has now been deleted from our database.

Can I download all product Images at one go? |
| |
Yes. You will be able to download all the product images via your “Dropshipping Control Panel” in a Zip format. You can also download all the thumbnails at one go.
To do this, simply login to your account, click on “General Information” and under “Dropshipping Control Panel” you will find two links, namely, “Download All Images” and “Download all Thumbnails”. |

Do you provide product feeds? |
| |
Yes. We provide our dropshipping users with both a CSV feed and an advanced XML feed. Each feed can also be personalized according to your needs. You can go to your “Feed settings manager” and choose which products or categories you want shown in the feed. You can also set a Margin percentage for your feed. Lets say the dropshipping price of a product on our site is £3, and in your Feet settings manager, you have set a margin of 100%. Then the price in your feed would be shown as £6. This saves you the hassle of altering prices manually.
The margin can be set for all products and also at individual product level. For e.g. let’s say you want the margin to be 100% for all products, but 150% for a particular product. You can simply choose that product in your “feet settings manager” and alter its margin.
We recommend users to use our XML feed as it provides more powerful options and would save you time in the future. To understand more about the XML feed please read the following articles.

Can I print a Dropshipping Price List ? |
| |
Yes. If you want to take a print out of our price list, simply login to your account, click on "General Information" and on that page under "My Account" you will see a link called " Drop Ship Price List " . You can click on this link to view all trade prices and drop shipping prices as a list. If you click on the "View Printable" link at the top, you can also view a printable version of the list. |

How can I know if a product in Low in Stock? |

For all products that are low in stock, you will see a message on the product info page stating, "Low Quantities Remain!" .
You can also check the "Product Status Information" page for Stock Level Details of different products.

Can I take product information/Pictures from the site, while I am not logged in from my Dropshipping Account? |

Yes You can, however we do not recommend this. Some of the categroies/products are not sometimes available to Dropshipping users, and therefore we advise you to Login from your dropshipping account before adding any products onto your site. This way, you can always ensure that you do not display products on your sites which you cannot buy from us later. |

Do you use a recorded service to send out all packages? |
| |
You may get your products shipped either via recorded (Signed For) or Normal first class post. We strongly recommend using recorded service. All items sent via normal first class post are sent out at your risk, in case of loss. However, within UK, we have had very rare cases of products not reaching the customer, when sent via normal first class post. |

Is there a Fee for Joining the Dropshipping Program? |
| |
There is a one time registration fee of £10 to activate your dropshipping account. However, this fee would be refunded to you, if your total turnover in the first month is £100 or more. You are not required to pay this fee immediately upon registration, you are free to register for a dropshipping account and check out the features, before you decide to activate your account. |

How do I place a Dropship Order? |
| |
StyleVolume.com boosts of one of most advanced ordering process for dropship customers. In order to place your orders, just add the required items to your cart. You may add items for all your orders at one go. On the checkout page, you will have the option to “Combine items” going to the same address. So for, e.g. if you add, items.1, 2, and 3, you can Tick 1 and 2, and combine them together (Assuming these are going to the same address. ) using the “Update” button.

How can I know if the product has been shipped to my customer? |
| |
As soon as your product has been shipped you will be sent an automatic E-Mail notifying you of the product status change. At this stage, you can notify your customer of the same.
If your product has been shipped within UK, in most cases it should arrive the next day of this email being sent. If your product is being shipped outside the UK, it may take between 2-6 days, depending on your customers location. |

Why do you charge a one time £10 activation fee? |
| |
This activation fee helps us distinguish serious dropshipping customers who are interested in establishing an online business from buyers who intend to misuse the system by purchasing products at wholesale prices for personal use.

How can I increase my margins? |
| |
All dropshipping customers are also free to register as a Trade Customer. You will need to use different email addresses for this purpose. As a trade customer, you can buy products at Trade prices, and still use our product pictures and descriptions to sell these through your sales channels. This also gives you even more control, on Customer Service, and the delivery process.
